Similar to hiring an architect for a new building, a Registered Building Envelope Consultant (Roof, Waterproofing, Exterior Walls) generates the design specifications and Auto-CAD drawings for the Bid Documents leading into the construction phase. Evaluation reports are also generated as requested as it relates to moistures entry problems for design planning and budget planning purposes.

In addition to designing and generating reports quality assurance inspections for roofing, exterior walls, and waterproofing during the course of construction is also provided. Quality assurance includes design review, submittal review, pre-construction meetings, and milestone site visits / reports as requested.
